Veggie sub
I am literally salivating on my way home thinking about making a veggie sub for dinner. Thank you juicing for making healthy normal meals exciting!
Update:
Here it is. Wheat french bread, sharp cheddar, green leaf lettuce, cucumber, green pepper, red onion, tomato, pickle, and spicy mustard. Delicious. Eat it Subway.
That sounds amazing, I had something amazing tonight too, 1 cup white rice, with one scrambled egg, 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce, streamed broccoli and carrots, and one boneless and skinless plain forman chicken breast (cut into chunks). Delicious. Wish I took a pic of it. Also found a recipe for oatmeal banana peanut butter smoothie.

ReplyDeleteJust be careful. Cooking vegetables removes some of the nutrients you would normally get. Plus any oil or butter etc... you may add aren't good
